Outlook mail issues

As a result of “backend” changes to prepare for the switcher-over to using MFA with Office 365 Outlook mail, many people are experiencing problems with Outlook. In some cases, users are having to log in to their accounts several times during a session. Others have the application freeze when accessing or downloading attachments requiring them to force quit and restart. WSU is working closely with Microsoft to resolve the problems. There will likely be a major update for Outlook coming soon. If you are prompted to update, please do so.

And remember, come August 4, anyone not using the most recent version of Outlook or accessing their email online will not be able to access your WSU email. Read more at MFA and Office 365 mail changes.
