Ramesh is joining Dr. Jessica Waite’s lab as a Ph.D. student in the fall of 2023. He earned his Master’s degree from NDSU, where he focused on identifying genomic regions associated with cold hardiness in interspecific wine grapes. At WSU, his research focuses on genomics and transcriptomics of pome fruit physiology. Ramesh enjoys traveling, hiking, and playing cricket
