Let’s give a big welcome to Abby Clarke. She is a Grad Student that will be in Tobin’s lab. She previously studied Insect Ecology and Conservation at the University of Delaware. She had the opportunity to work at the Beneficial Insect Introduction Unit with the USDA working on the Brown Marmorated Stink Bug project and the Spotted Lanternfly projects. She was responsible for rearing stinkbugs, both BMSB and native, as well as rearing Spotted Lanternfly. Here at WSU she plants to continue with Entomology studying fruit trees and pests that feed on them. Welcome to WSU Abby!
