Time-slips

Dylan Yant and Dakota McFadden recently joined Achour Amiri’s team to assist with program activities during the summer. We are happy to have these two young men around.

You may recognize Kellie Allen as she is a returning timeslip employee and will be, again, working with Vince Jones’ program. Welcome back, Kellie!        

Leah Schell began working in Jones’ lab as a timeslip employee, effective March 27. She will be with us for the duration of the summer. Say hello if you get the opportunity.          

Maria lived in Pennsylvania and went to Bridgewater College in Virginia. She is interested in plant and forest pathology. While she is here, she will be working with Dr. Parama Sikdar to help solve problems associated with postharvest rot of apples. Schaefer Buchanan has returned as timeslip employee for Kate Evans’ program.

Alex Goke was hired in September to work with Sara Serra, assisting in evaluating nondestructive quality measurements in apple and pear. He recently graduated with a BS in Botany from the University of Wisconsin with an interest in tree physiology. He is excited to explore this topic in an agricultural context with the Musacchi Group.
