TFREC Meeting Room Scheduling
Each room has its own shared calendar viewable using Outlook. You will be able to see if and when a room is available. In this document (docx) you will find the instructions on how to locate and add the individual room calendars in Outlook. In order to reserve a room you will need to submit our online Room Scheduling Request Form.
Other WSU Room Request
To request a room in another WSU facility fill out this form (pdf) and return to the front desk. Or you can use 25Live and request that yourself. Instructions for 25Live (pdf).

Best Practices for Videoconferencing
WSU recently came out with a document “WSU Videoconferencing: Current State & Recommendations” that is mostly a “Best Practices” guide for achieving the best possible experience for instructors and students using the video conferencing system. This was a product of the WSU ITSAC Videoconferencing Subcommittee. It’s focused almost entirely on the Academic videoconferencing classroom experience. However, many of the concepts covered can also be applied to any videoconferencing situation. The document covers four major topics: Behavior, Room Design, Administrative/Operational, and Technology Infrastructure.
Tips to Remember: If you need a physical room here use the Room Scheduler form to do that. To request a room at another WSU facility, use the Other WSU Room Request and the front desk will do it for you, or use the 25Live to schedule. If you are using Zoom for a meeting that doesn’t require a physical room, then use your Zoom Pro account and schedule that for yourself and have the meeting in your personal space. If you are traveling and want to be part of a Zoom meeting, use the Zoom App on your personal cell phone instead of using the call in number so you don’t use your minutes or have any long distance charges. If you are doing a Zoom meeting for people here at the Center and at other WSU facilities that require rooms, you will need to use the Room scheduler to schedule a room here and use either the Room Request or 25Live to schedule rooms at other facilities. If you have questions please see the Front Desk.
