Spring is here and that means spray season is starting!
I would like to remind all of you of the safety procedures we have in place to notify when sprays have been applied and when the restricted entry interval (REI) is over.
Please communicate this to any of your employees, guests and collaborators who may not know this.
1 – Look on the intranet REI page. These are entered before the spray is applied, but sometimes it’s a last minute plan so check again when you get to the orchard. It will tell you when the REI is over. http://tfrec.cahnrs.wsu.edu/admin/pesticide-application-re-entry/
2. – Check at the central posting location.
3. Check if the block sign is up.
