My name is Moritz Knoche. I am a professor for Horticulture at the Leibniz University of Hannover, Germany where I am teaching and conducting research in fruit science. My research focuses on fruit surface disorders in a wide range of fruit crops including sweet cherry, apple, strawberry, grape, banana and mango.
