Congrats to Erica in graduating, and is now a Post Doc in Lee’s lab.
Erica completed her PhD in 2021 with Dr. Lee Kalcsits. She previously graduated with a B.S. in Agricultural Science from the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia (UNIMORE) in Italy. In 2016 she completed her Master’s in International Horticulture Science at the University of Bologna, Italy. As a post doc, her research will focus on apple and cherry trees inoculation with microbial strains to evaluate the microbial impact on trees to enhance health with reduced fertilizer requirements.
