Carolina Torres gave a talk about Storage Technologies for Organic Apples at the 10th Annual Postharvest Academy organized by Pace international.
Other speakers at the event were Jessa Allen from USApples, Scott Christie, and Christian Aguilar from Pace international. This meeting was placed in Suncadia Resort in Cle Elum, WA.
