I completed my bachelor\u2019s degree in Agriculture and my master\u2019s in Plant Pathology from Bangladesh Agricultural University. During my master\u2019s program, I worked on mycotoxin contamination in corn hybrids and developed biocontrol products against aflatoxin accumulation. After completing my master\u2019s degree, I joined the Plant Bacteriology and Biotechnology Laboratory as a research assistant, where I worked on the molecular characterization of citrus pathogens and their sustainable management. These experiences inspired me to do research on tree fruit pathology and controlling mycotoxin contamination. \u00a0I will be joining Dr. Achour Amiri\u2019s research team on the post-harvest fungal diseases of apples.
