My research is focused on metabolomic and transcriptomic profiling to investigate the metabolic responses and gene expression associated with the development\u00a0of internal browning disorder in Wonhwang\u2019 Asian pears. During my doctoral studies, I actively contributed to several projects that aimed to assess the quality of fruits and vegetables, as well as advance postharvest storage technologies for apples, pears, paprika, jujube, kiwiberries, and onion.
