Assistance with budgets from WSU pre-award team can be requested using the <a href=\"https:\/\/app.smartsheet.com\/b\/form\/c9abff01b4074c7aa8be02204a4f4760\">intake form<\/a> or contacting Kevin Rimes at kevin.rimes@wsu.edu. This process is effective for the 25-26 award period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Full proposals (new proposals and continuing reports) can be routed to WSU pre-award using the <a href=\"https:\/\/app.smartsheet.com\/b\/form\/c9abff01b4074c7aa8be02204a4f4760\">intake form<\/a> if assistance is required. If assistance is NOT required, full proposals can be submitted by the PI via the WTFRC <a href=\"https:\/\/treefruitresearch.my.site.com\/s\/login\/?ec=302&amp;startURL=%2Fs%2F\">submission portal<\/a> IF budget has been certified by Kevin Rimes IN ADVANCE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Final reports<\/strong> are NOT routed through ARC but are submitted directly to the WTFRC via the <a href=\"https:\/\/treefruitresearch.my.site.com\/s\/login\/?ec=302&amp;startURL=%2Fs%2F\">submission portal<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>NOTE: Once the awards have been announced, Kevin Rimes will be requesting a copy of the proposal to match the certified budget.
